Paypal is an industry leader in fraud prevention and risk management, We use PayPal because they protects the privacy of your data using state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone.

2. Do I need a Paypal Account to purchase online?
A Paypal account account is not necessary to place an order through the Pulanna website. If you do not have a paypal account you will be directed to a page where you enter your delivery details and credit card details. You will receive payment confirmation and be given the option to save your postage and billing information at PayPal by opening a PayPal account, or you can simply return to our website and continue shopping.

3. What are the costs for postage?
For items under $50.00 postage is $7.00.
For items $50.00 in total and over the cost of postage is $10.00.

4. What credit cards can I pay with?
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard.

5. What if I want to pay with American Express?
No problem, please call our customer service centre on (07) 5592 2404 and one of our friendly operators will process your order.

6. If I don't have a credit card can I still purchase your products?
Yes you can! If you don't have a credit card please contact customer service on
